My family & I happened to be upon this cute, local cafe on our drive home from Mt Tremblant & Ottawa on Victoria Day. So glad we stopped here and not McDonald’s . We were greeted by the owner, Anthony! He gave us a little background about the history of Marmora. Lee was gorgeous and recommended the popular dishes. My husband had the Chicken Parmesan which he said was excellent. My son had the pancakes which were also YUMMMM! I had the steak and eggs. In ONE word, FABULOUS. I recommend this place for a nice home cooked meal and will definitely return. Thank you.
Had our family christmas dinner at miners restaurant. The food was amazing. The service optimal. I would recommend this to anyone. We go out every year and this by far was the best. Thank-you so much to the owner and staff. We had a wonderful time!
Great local spot for burgers and much more! Good old fashioned homemade burgers with fresh condiments, thick cut bacon & chedder on a nicely toasted bun. I asked for fries a little well done, perfect, with a few crispy ones. The server was friendly and accommodating, as was the cook, who agreed to make fresh sauteed onions to top our banquet burgers. We will try other menu items next time. The chicken wings looked great, We are certainly planning to return soon . Recommend
Fantastic place for breakfast on a Sunday morning. Ample portion sizes, fast and friendly service, lots of cool local-specific decor to look at on the walls. Gentleman who seemed to be the owner came around and said they have brought the prices down. Lovely experience. A bit of music would add to the ambiance. Will be back.
An absolutely splendid atmosphere with wonderful friendly staff. The food was great. We ordered several different plates and had 3 small children with us. Everyone enjoyed their meals quite a bit. I personally have the chicken wings and shrimp. Both of which were very, very good and I highly recommend ordering either of those if you ever choose to visit.
this is not just a restaurant. this is a museum where you can learn about the history of MANORA. We stopped by on the way from Toronto,everything was very nice
Delicious home cooked meal! Highly recommend stopping here. Burgers are made fresh, salads are huge and staff and owner are very friendly! Restaurant is super clean! No dust, no dirt, washrooms are clean and the owner is doing cleaning and chatting with customers. Great choice for lunch!
Popped in for lunch on our atv ride. Location is great from the trailand not far from the Marmora mine attraction. 4 people. Free table, server greeted us with a smile and got us menus. Owner was very friendly. Place was very clean and tidy. Ordered the Greek salad with chicken, taco wrap with fries and the banquet burger. All were super good. Pricing was definitely fair. Bathrooms were very clean. Will stop again.
